TOWN Protein Bars - The Oatmeal Wholesome No-Bake Protein Bars

INGREDIENTS


For the bars:

  • 1/2 cup natural plain almond butter
  • 1/4 cup mashed banana (can substitute Two Good Yogurt, but use less protein powder)
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1 TBS almond or coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup protein powder** (plant based or whey vanilla flavored)
  • 3 TBS cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa)
  • 2 cups rolled oats (Old-Fashioned)
  • 2 TBS chia seeds (optional)


Chocolate topping:

  • 1 - 2 TBS mini chocolate chips pressed on top of mixture
